Opes Diamonds Policies

 Refund/Exchange Policy 

 

15 days cash back and or exchange guarantee for in house purchases. Item(s) must be unused and in the same unused condition at time of purchase.  All returns must be in the original packaging along with its Sales Slip/Invoice.  Merchandise must be in original condition. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are worn, adjusted or damaged. No refunds or exchanges on Special Orders or items that has been engraved ,sized or altered. No refunds or exchanges on Gift cards. No Refunds or Exchanges after 15 days of purchase date.

 

 

 Special Orders/ Custom Designing 

 

No refunds or exchanges on Special Orders. A special order constitutes any not-in-stock items that is ordered, custom designed & made or in-stock item that is altered at the customer’s request. A minimum deposit of 50% of the Sale price is required when the order is placed. If cancelled, all the deposits and subsequent payments will be forfeited at our discretion. Special orders not picked up within 90 days of initial order may be cancelled and all deposit payments will be forfeited.

 

 

 Layaways  

 

Articles selling for $250 or more will be held on layaway with a minimum deposit of 25% for a period not to exceed 3 months. Items selling for more than $1000 will be held for a period not to exceed 6 months. If cancelled at the customer’s request within the layaway agreement period, a  credit will be issued and a 10% layaway cancellation fee may be charged at our discretion. At our discretion, a layaway account may be cancelled by us if a payment is not received for 3 consecutive months. If cancelled for a non-payment, all deposits will be forfeited.

 

 

 Repair Policy 

 

The description and values of the articles listed are correct to the best of my knowledge. In accepting said article(s) it is understood that Opes or any of its employees are not responsible for identification or condition of stones and/ or jewelry at the time of receipt and any damage or loss which Opes Diamonds may be liable for will be limited to the actual cost to REPAIR OR REPLACE the item and not exceed the values stated. I understand there are hazards in performing described repairs, which may result in damage to the article due to no fault of Opes Diamonds to make these repairs. When no value is listed it will be assumed that the value is less than $75. Since many stone treatments such as fracture tilling, laser drilling, and other clarity and color enhancements may be undetectable to the eye, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify the craftsman of these pre-existing conditions. Opes Diamonds is not responsible for stones that may be damaged in setting of repair work due to these unknown conditions.

 

 

 Shipping Policy

 Domestic Shipping Policy 

 Shipment processing time

 

 All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the items ordered. If the item is  available and does not need any changes , it will be shipped immediately. If the item needs changes/design modifications the delivery times will vary depending on the complexity of the changes and the customer would be notified about the same. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Opes does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 Opes Diamonds ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories.

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

 

 Customs, Duties and Taxes 

 

 Opes Diamonds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are  the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

 

 Damages 

 

 Opes Diamonds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 International Shipping Policy 

 

 We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
